Team building
Team building with colleagues by the sea
Beleving aan Zee organises team building activities in a relaxed, inspiring and atmospheric seaside setting. In particular on and around Scheveningen beach, we organise company outings with team building every month. Our group activities by the sea combine business with pleasure. Want your activity to be more than just a fun time with colleagues? Book it with a professional coach for maximum impact. You are on Scheveningen beach, away from the everyday routine in an inspiring setting, while working on building a close-knit team.
Choose team building outings
On the teambuilding page you will find plenty of original team outings. Choose your favourite and use the contact form for that activity. See you on the beach!
Boost enthusiasm through teambuilding
Areas in which team building will certainly prove useful are: motivation and participation. Employees become engaged and are extra motivated to perform together. Beleving aan Zee's professionally organised group activities include various team building activities. Our activities and workshops are very suitable for developing and strengthening bonds within a group. Under the guidance of a professional coach, you can also gain deeper insights into yourself and group dynamics. Ask Beleving aan Zee about the coaching options.
Repeat a team building day every year?
As an organisation is always changing, it will be necessary in future, as your workforce grows, to repeat team building regularly. The strengthening process within the organisation also needs room to continue unhindered so that it can support the ongoing growth of your company's ambitions. Ask Beleving aan Zee about the possibilities of organising team building annually or even monthly. At follow-up sessions, more attention can be given to collaboration in groups and competitive elements, optionally combined with ideas for change and/or supporting company presentations. Get in touch with Beleving aan Zee and ask about the options.
