Expedition Robinson team building: working together and winning

Why Expedition Robinson is perfect for team building

• Teamwork: without teamwork, there is no fire and no victory.
• Communication: every challenge requires clear agreements.
• Leadership: discover who naturally takes the lead.
• Creativity & strategy: use each other's strengths wisely.
• Fun & connection: nothing creates a bond like laughing and working hard together.

In short: this is team building that truly stays with you.

How does the Expedition Robinson team building game work?

• Introduction & team allocation
You are divided into teams of around 5 people. Everyone receives a bandana and their own team colour.
• The challenges
Depending on the version chosen, you complete 6, 8 or 11 trials. Expect physical challenges, brainteasers, tactical games and, of course, the fire challenge.
• The food challenge (optional)
A hilarious way to raise the tension. Perfect for challenging the manager or the “voluntary volunteer”.
• The final
All points count towards the final standings. Only one team goes home as the Robinson champion.

Three versions for every team

We offer three versions of the outdoor Expedition Robinson game:

• Budget – 6 trials | 1.5 hours | affordable and compact.
• Complete – 8 challenges | 2 hours | the most popular version.
• XL – 11 trials | 3 hours | the most comprehensive Robinson experience.

Whether you choose a short energiser or a full team-building day, we ensure the programme fits seamlessly.

Locations:

The Expedition Robinson team building game is mainly organised on the beach in Scheveningen, but also in Kijkduin, Katwijk, Noordwijk, Zandvoort and Hoek van Holland

Our experience allows us to guide both small teams and events with hundreds of participants.

Team building and relaxation

A day of effort calls for relaxation. Combine your Expedition Robinson with:

• lunch or drinks,
• a summer BBQ,
• or dinner at one of our partner beach pavilions.

This makes your team building day fully catered.
