All dishes are prepared with artisanal and fresh ingredients. We work with carefully selected suppliers. Boerderij Lindenhoff provides the organic meat, authentic bread comes from baker Menno, and sommelier Romke has selected wines that are crafted with love and passion in an artisanal way.
